Good Morning everybody!! Welcome to another "Fun" Peachy Keen Challenge! For this challenge, the rules are as follows:
Color Combo Challenge:
(This one is simple, but the possibilities are endless, so it will be really neat to see everyone’s creations!)
(This one is simple, but the possibilities are endless, so it will be really neat to see everyone’s creations!)
Create a card using the color palette seen below and base your ideas on the inspiration images. No idea is too abstract- let your mind run wild!
For my card, I designed another window card using my Gypsy! I was SOOO excited to use my new "Create a Critter" cartridge! AND Another one of my FAVORITE newer release stamp set from Peachy Keen called "Mother's Day"! The images & words on this set are outstanding & not to mention PERFECT for Mother's Day, which is right around the corner! All the supplies I used are listed @ the end of this post! I show you step by step how my card was put together in the video show below! I hope you enjoy it!!
As you can see, I landed up adding some more stitching around my card, & used the Eggplant Envy ink pad to ink up the edges of my card! I think my card looks better in person:) Head on over to the Peachy Keen Blog & link your project up to Mr. Linky for a chance to win a $25.00 gift certificate! This challenge will be judge so "Let's Get to Crafting"!! The deadline for this challenge is May 2nd! Good Luck everybody & Don't forget to check out the rest of the Peachy Keen Design Team members to see what beautiful projects they created for this challenge! Thank you for visiting my blog & have a WONDERFUL day everyone!:)

Cards ALWAYS look better in person. That's why I am always amazed at how pretty cards are that I see online, because I know for sure they are even prettier than that. Your butterfly card is beautiful--even online! Thanks for showing us the second page feature. But I'm still confused. Can you copy images and paste them on a different page??
ReplyDeleteHi M from Texas:) To be honest w/you, I've never tried that?? I don't think you can do that, but
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try doing that later today! Maybe your confused because you can still see through the page what is on the previous page! Does that make sense?? I hope:)
hugs,
Emma:)
What a super cute card. I am so excited my friend is letting me use her gypsy tomorrow. I am so going to try to make this adorable card! Thank you for showing us step by step how to make is.

ReplyDeleteI love your card! My favorite colors......
ReplyDeleteThat is cuter than cute! :)
ReplyDeleteCute card as always!
ReplyDeleteWOW another darling card Emma!!! You make it look so easy. With every video I watch that you use the Gypsy, I want one more!!!
ReplyDeleteEmma I love this card. I am going to have to break down and get this cartridge, but there are three more that I want. What is a girl to do?
ReplyDeleteI love your card and the all that I am learning about the Gypsy. I have a question. How did you know the hole would cut out and line up perfectly? Was that just by layering the pages and eyeballing it?
Thanks,
Linda
friend...absolutely beautiful. while i was reading your post i was thinking about using the butterfly and there you used it, wow. call it in sync, lol. how can it possibly be prettier in person...can it get prettier than this? :)

ReplyDeleteVery cute Emma! I don't have a Gypsy, but I think if I got one I'd be able to learn how to use it just by watching you! Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI love your videos. It's funny, but I am not sure about what I can do with the Gypsy until I see you demonstrate it. You are truly a gifted teacher. I can't wait to see what you have next.:-) This card is another testament to your creative skills. Thank you.
