12 Day of Xmas~ Day 9 AND a Peachy Challenge - Episode 140

Good Morning my Creative Friends! I am doing 2 posts in one today! Welcome to the 9th day of our 12 days of Christmas w/Nikki & myself! AND Welcome to another FABULOUS Peachy Keen challenge!

The challenge will be to create a card or layout using an embossing technique - either dry or heat embossing (or maybe both if you're gonna be fancy...hehe). Angelica had read a great tip in Paper Crafts this month from Kelly Marie Alvarez (of lawn fawn) - use a dryer sheet & rub over your cardstock before stamping to remove any static. This way the embossing powder will only stick to the ink! Thought that was pretty nifty!

Okay, for my card I did "Dry" embossing as well as "Heat" embossing! You can check out my video to see how I did it!;) I was SOOO HAPPY HAPPY to use my NEW FAVORITE Xmas cartridge, "Jolly Holiday"! You will also see some more BEAUTIFUL Twine that I picked up from The Twinery!

My Beautiful girl is all dressed up in my FAVORITE color!;) I used "Happy Lashes" for her Pretty face!  The sentiment is from Pink by Design!
