Scrapping The Little Things Monday

GOOD MORNING my sweet creative friends & welcome to another "Scrapping the little things"! I hope you ALL had a FABULOUS weekend!  For me, I've been CRAZY BUSY just trying to prepare for my son's graduation this week. Yep, he will be graduating from the 8th grade :'(  I still can't believe my baby Aaron is going to be in highschool!  Wow....I remember dropping him off for his first day of preschool & PRAYING he would cry so I can just take him back home! lol.... Unfortunately, it was the other way around! Yep, I was the one crying & he was just as happy as can be waving bye bye to me.  I already know I will be a mess on the day he graduates. I know you are all probably thinking "it's ONLY highschool", but it's a big deal to me because highschool is only 4 years & then he will be going to college :'(  I just need to get a grasp on things & accept that my baby is growing up!  In "my eyes", he will ALWAYS be my Baby Aaron no matter how old he is! ;)

Okay, sorry, I got a little side tracked! Onto my project, I know you are probably thinking, "Hey, I've seen this before".... & you are absolutely correct!  Since I did not step foot in my craftroom at all this weekend, I decided to share one of my favorite 8x8 layout's of my sisters & myself! I just LOVE this picture & everytime we get together, we have the BEST time ever!  If you would like to see the original post for this layout, you can see it HERE!

  3. So Lovely, I am here to tell you the high school years fly by! At least here in South Carolina, my girls ad to keep up with what credits they had and the ones they didn't, we had to be on top of it, because it could have messed up graduation. Cherish these moments. Next will be a DL! Now that was scary!LOL So proud of your boys.

  6. I am in the same boat as you Miss Emma. My 14 yr old will be going to the 9th grade this next year and I know will be the one crying. I even get teary eyed thinking about him graduating. I know its going to fly by and then he will be off to college AND I know these next 4 year there will be lots of changes with him as he grows up and experiences life of a High-school kid. I hope I'm ready for it :)
