MCT "Manly Monday!"


GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Manly Monday!"
Today is the day that my team & I create masculine cards, which I ALWAYS found hard to do! 
So I thought this would help some of you out there who struggle with "manly cards!" :)

For my card today, I used my "Tweet Me" stamps along with the "Fun Tweet Me Dies" to create my card.  I TRIED my best to make it as MANLY as possible! lol....  I thought it would be fine since I used a good amount of blue colors in it.  To make my clouds, I just die cut out my "Cartoon Cloud Dies" & used that as my template for my background!  The ink I used for the clouds as Tim Holtz STORMY SKY.  Then I used my FAVORITE Zig Clean Brush markers to color in my cutie patootie birdie! ;)  I also used my new "Scalloped Stitched Rectangular Dies" for the layer & base of my card. I wanted to use the scalloped rectangles that come with this set, but I figured I was keep it SIMPLE so it can stay manly looking! ;)

GOOD MORNING MY SWEET FRIENDS!

Made in Minutes


GOOD MORNING & welcome to another "Made in Minutes!" 
I am back w/my regular scheduled projects & videos! It was SO NICE to have a week off & just re-cooperate, get back to my healthy self & REST!  Even though I took it easy, I was able to catch up on TONS on stuff that I had to put off since everyone in my house was sick!  It feels GREAT to be caught up again~! 

Okay, now onto my cute card! ;)  Since I was sick during release week, I wasn't able to enjoy this new release, so I will be using it this whole week! :)  Today I decided to water color everything for my card.  I show you in my video below exactly how I created my card!

MCT 41st Edition Sneaky Peek #4

Okay, now on to our last 2 items! They are "Tweet Me" & "Fun Tweet Me Dies!" 
Oh My GOSH….I TRULY LOVE these sets because SO MUCH can be done w/them! 
The stamps on BOTH cards are from the set Tweet Me & all the dies are from the Fun Tweet Me Dies! 
Hopefully you can see in the pic that this card has silver flat heart sequins ! I just LOVE those from Pretty Pink Posh!  I just hand cut out of acetate paper the shape of clouds & just sponged them on using Weathered Wood TH distress ink.  I just colored in my birdie w/my stampin up marker & die cut the branch & leaves from card stock!


For this next card, which I just ADORE came together pretty QUICKLY!  I used my FAVORITE stitched heart die in this set to make it so my birdie can look like he is standing on a heart line!  Then I used my Stitched Round Speech Bubbles to stamp the sentiment on!  The heart dies are from my 4x4 Journal die & more!  There are LOTS of fun sentiments in Tweet Me that you can do SO MUCH w/it!
