Happy Sunday night everyone! I am SOOO VERY behind on EVERYTHING!!! I STILL haven't attacked all my emails yet:( This weekend I literally just hung out, watched movies. I didn't even turn on my computer & not to mention, the weather was HORRIBLE this weekend. Due to our nasty weather, the boys opening ceremonies & games were cancelled! I am so happy that my parents live around the corner from us because we still did our weekly Saturday night dinner w/them & we ALWAYS have a GREAT time! I have to say that I seriously have the BEST parents EVER! They are ALWAY ALWAYS there for me in a "Heartbeat" when I need them or "Just Because"! I feel truly blessed! I hope all of you enjoyed your weekend:)
Okay, onto my card! Can I just say that this month's release of new stamps are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!! Especially this set here! I created a banner stamp image & it has 11 sentiments that fit perfectly in that adorable banner!;) I wanted to design an Anniversary/wedding/love set that you don't see out there today! I wanted it to have a unique yet edgy look to it & I just LOVE how it turned out! Now it's no secret on how much I just LOVE my vampire shows & that had a huge influence on this set as well! This new set that will be releasing this Tuesday is called "My One & Only"! I dedicate this stamp set to my hubby, for obvious reasons;) If you have the "Immortal Love" paper stack from DCWV, then you are in luck! In my opinion, I think this stamp set goes along PERFECTLY w/that paper stack! I used that stack for my card & that "rose" I actually got from a tutorial from Erin w/DCWV herself! Of course, mine isn't as beautiful as hers is, but it was my very first one & I think it's "passable"! lol..... You see a video of the tutorial for these paper flowers HERE.
