Good morning my sweet friends & welcome to another "Made in Minutes!"
For my card today, I am actually participating in the "30 Day Coloring Challenge" hosted by the talented Miss Kathy Racoosin! You can read all the details about it HERE on her blog!
I thought it would be fun to play along! Although it will be tough for me to participate on the weekends since that is family time, but I will for sure TRY my best to color something quick during the week! ;)
The challenge is to just color ANYTHING for any amount of time! It could ONLY be 10 minutes, just as long as you color something each day! I decided to FINALLY use my Inktense Water Color Pencils for my bear! I have the 24 set of the Inktense Color Pencils & this set ALSO comes in a 18 set of the Inktense Color Pencils as well! I am SUPER EXCITED about this challenge because it is FORCING me to use ALL of my color mediums! ;) I colored this bear from my "Beary Special Thoughts" stamp set & I think I only spent around 10-12 minutes on it! It was NICE to use these pencils & as you can see I "TRIED" some blending! lol….. Instead of using an actual paintbrush, I used my Water Color Brush & I liked the way I can control the watercoloring MUCH better using this brush w/these pencils!
I had colored this image last week, so I just added it to a card & it was made in no time at all! :)
