Favorite Stamp of the Month! (Online Card Class BACKGROUND CHECK) Day 1

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends! Welcome to our "Favorite Stamp of the Month" again! ;)
First off, before I get started, I just wanted to say "THANK YOU" for those of you who gave me advice for my little Scrappy! For those of you who saw my blog yesterday, I let you know that my little Scrappy was constipated :(  I had given him a tablespoon of canned pumpkin & it helped a little!  Then I had gotten advice in my comments for me to give him a sweet potato & plain applesauce!  For his dinner, I did cook my sweet potato & share it with him! Let's just say that he has some "RELIEF" now! hehehe! ;)  I think by tomorrow, he will be back to his spunky self! So again….thank you for your comments & advice! ;)

Today we are featuring again our FAVORITE STAMP OF THE MONTH which is "Bracket Sentiments" This set is on sale this month & the last day is this Friday, July 31, 2015 at 11:59pm PST!
If this set has been on YOUR wish list, you can take advantage of the sale & pick it up HERE!

Okay, now onto my card! I kind of have a few things going on here! I am taking another "Online Card Class" which is called "Background Check".  Basically this class is teaching us different background techniques!  For my card, I just did a technique from Miss Laura Bassen! She did a soft background using Tim Holtz distress inks & used a foam tool to blend the inks! But for my card, I decided to use the same colors she used, but I used a water color technique instead!

Now for that AWESOME "U" shaker, I got this idea from Miss Lori w/allreddesigns from the craft channel!  This was one of her Inspired by Pinterest shows & I just HAD to try it!  I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the Fuse Tool because it has SOO MANY POSSIBILITIES!  I filled my "U" shaker w/my FAVE  Pretty Pink Posh sequins! I explain in my video below how I put my card together!

GOOD MORNING my sweet  friends & welcome to another "Inspiration Wednesday!" Today is the day that we create a project using something that has inspired our project! Well, for today my card was inspired by the newest color to the Tim Holtz family "Abandoned Coral".  OMG….I think this is my NEW FAVORITE color! It is SO PRETTY & VIBRANT…..I just LOVE it!  I picked up this bundle HERE!

For my card, I decided to use the distress paint!  This is the first time I used the paint & I LOVED it! You can see in my video exactly how I put my card together below! :)

INSPIRATION WEDNESDAY

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Inspiration Wednesday!"
Usually we post a picture of what our inspiration was, but I don't have a picture, I am just STILL inspired by the watercoloring class I took awhile ago! ;)  For this card, I wanted to also incorporated embossing paste with my watercoloring! So I decided to make a stencil using my Fun Lowercase Dies! As you can see in this picture below, you can see my used stencil! ;) First I did some watercoloring w/my Koi Water Colors, heat dried it, then used my stencil! After I applied my embossing paste, I added the little heart from my 4x4 Journal Die & More! Next I added some of my Wink of Stella Clear Brush to my heart & also over my letters after the embossing paste dried! After I was done, I wasn't happy w/it :( So I decided to watercolor some strips of paper using the same colors & adhered them to the left of the card! At this point, I didn't LOVE it, but it was presentable! ;) Last I added the sequins & that's it!

Here is the rest of my "okay" card! ;) lol……

Now onto my AWESOME design team! Click on each name to visit each blog & leave them some

U R AMAZING! Card & a special Guest today!

GOOD MORNING my creative friends! Today I have a "CAS" card for you! For those of you who don't know what a "CAS" card is, well ( I just found out myself not too long ago) it is a "Clean and Simple" card!  I thought this was a PERFECT card to make since Father's day is this weekend! I only used 3 items & I just LOVE how it came out!  It is a simple 3x3 cards which I LOVE because 3x3 cards can be made so quickly & they are just as cute! IF you do mail them, I would just put your little card into a regular A2 size card, THEN mail it off!  I don't think the post office accepts the 3x3 envelopes to mail off! You can see the supplies I used below.

Supplies used:
~ "It's all about You" stamp set
~ Sequins (Joann's)

Okay, now onto my AMAZING Guest designer today!  I am sure you ALL remember the OH SO VERY TALENTED, Mr. Trell, right?  He has been so busy working & I am HAPPY that he was able to do this today! ;)  Here is a "hint" of his card & trust me, it is BEAUTIFUL! He used "Floral Sentiments", "Journal it" & the "Stitched Journal Die"! Go ahead & head on over to his blog to see this PRETTY card in it's entirety & he also is sharing a GREAT technique as well!

ALSO, while you are visiting Mr. Trell, he is have a GIVEAWAY TOO! YEP, he is giving away one of my FAVORITE stamp sets: "Life is Good"! All you have to do is leave a comment over at HIS blog to qualify! Hurry go HERE for all the details! ;)

Thank you ALL so much for stopping by & I will see you all back here tomorrow for another FUN 3-D Wednesday! :) Have a FABULOUS day my sweet friends! xoxo
