What a Treat Wednesday!

GOOD MORNING & welcome to another "What a Treat Wednesday!"

I was super bummed that I wasn't able to join in on yesterday's Favorite Stamp of the Month using the "Springtime in Paris" so I have incorporated it with my "TREAT" project for today! :)

Today my AWESOME team & myself made some FUN treats for you! You can see in my video below how I put my little Treat Slider Box together!

As you can see here, I put 2 mini hershey bars on the inside!

Inspiration Wednesday!

Good morning my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Inspiration Wednesday!"

Today my AWESOME team & myself created cards from something that inspired us! The inspiration behind my card is that cute jar stamp & die set "My Thoughts are with You"! When I designed that set, it TOTALLY inspired me to use the roses from the "Love You Bunches" set & put them into this jar as a vase! I kept this card super simple so you can focus on the roses in the jar! I just watercolored the background using Tim Holtz OLD PAPER ink to do a very soft background!

Next I used Tim Holtz BARN DOOR, FESTIVE BERRIES, FOREST MOSS & PEELED PAINT to watercolor the roses. For the jar, I used Tim Holtz PUMICE STONE & TUMBLED GLASS.

I'm not sure if you can see, but I added glossy accents to the entire jar. (I couldn't get a better pic). :(

Well, back to the watercoloring, as soon as I was done coloring all of the images, then I used the coordinating dies to but them out using my Vagabond. I used lots of pop dots to pop up the cute flowers in the jar so they can stand out! I stamped the sentiment from my BELIEVE IN YOUR DREAMS set! Last I added some sparkly clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh, adhered it to the base of my card & called it a night! ;) I "wish" I would've been able to take a better picture so you can see how shiny it is in real life!

Well, no video today :( I was on homework duty last night! One of Anthony's classes is "Computer Applications" & the first thing they are learning is KEYBOARDING! Well, my little guy was very frustrated so I gave him some tips & I sat with him & we practiced & practiced until he felt a little more comfortable with it! I had to remind him that they JUST started to learn this & it will take some time! I remember when I learned how to, as they call it now "keyboard" & I remember learning on an actual "typewriter"!!! lol…. It's so funny how times have changed….right? I am confident that Anthony is at school today with a smile on his face because he understands it a little bit better now! ;) & THAT makes me a HAPPY Mommy! ;)

First of all, I hope you are all headed to a great start to a new week! This is the first FULL week back to school for my boys & I am still trying to get used to them not being here :( I just have to jump into my regular routine again & keep busy! I remember when I was going to school, we used to go back the day after Labor Day! What happened to those days??? lol.... ;)

Favorite Stamp of the Month! (Online Card Class BACKGROUND CHECK) Day 1

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends! Welcome to our "Favorite Stamp of the Month" again! ;)

First off, before I get started, I just wanted to say "THANK YOU" for those of you who gave me advice for my little Scrappy! For those of you who saw my blog yesterday, I let you know that my little Scrappy was constipated :( I had given him a tablespoon of canned pumpkin & it helped a little! Then I had gotten advice in my comments for me to give him a sweet potato & plain applesauce! For his dinner, I did cook my sweet potato & share it with him! Let's just say that he has some "RELIEF" now! hehehe! ;) I think by tomorrow, he will be back to his spunky self! So again….thank you for your comments & advice! ;)

Today we are featuring again our FAVORITE STAMP OF THE MONTH which is "Bracket Sentiments" This set is on sale this month & the last day is this Friday, July 31, 2015 at 11:59pm PST!

Okay, now onto my card! I kind of have a few things going on here! I am taking another "Online Card Class" which is called "Background Check". Basically this class is teaching us different background techniques! For my card, I just did a technique from Miss Laura Bassen! She did a soft background using Tim Holtz distress inks & used a foam tool to blend the inks! But for my card, I decided to use the same colors she used, but I used a water color technique instead!

Now for that AWESOME "U" shaker, I got this idea from Miss Lori w/allreddesigns from the craft channel! This was one of her Inspired by Pinterest shows & I just HAD to try it! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the Fuse Tool because it has SOO MANY POSSIBILITIES! I filled my "U" shaker w/my FAVE Pretty Pink Posh sequins! I explain in my video below how I put my card together!

MCT 45th Edition Release SNEAKY PEEKS!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to our first day of sneaky peeks for our 45th Edition July Release! Every new set we are showcasing this week will be available for purchase this Friday, July 17, 2015 at 8am PST!

I am SUPER HAPPY about today's sneak! We are showcasing a new die set called: "Stitched Starburst Dies!" This has a total of 6 dies which range from the smallest size being 1 2/16 & the biggest being 4 9/16. My AWESOME design team has showcased this new die set to PERFECTION! They have showed SEVERAL "Different" ways this set can be used! I decided to do a starburst shaped card! I used the "Chalkboard Birthday" for the sentiment & made this into a shaker card using some Pretty Pink Posh sequins!!

Trending Now: Monogram It!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Trending Now". For our trending now, we are all focusing on a "Monogram". So I decided to make a tag & I LOVE how it came out! :) You can see in my video exactly how I put this tag together! :)
