Today's post is a challenge over @ Two Peas. The challenge was to create a card with no layering! So I made this 3 x 3 little card. I did a little masking, using polka dots by PTI, stamp image & cardstock is from stampin up. I also used (my favorite) Stickles & cute little googly eyes.
