HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR'S!!!  Welcome 2019!!!

I hope you all had a GREAT night last night!  Like I said yesterday,  I wanted to share with you some food!!!  lol...

First up, I wanted to share my Vegan Tamales that my Mom & I made for Christmas Eve!  They were SOOOOO YUMMY! :)

Now, I wish I would've taken a BETTER picture of the food so you can see how YUMMY all of our Vegan Appetizers were! :)

On the table to the left were homemade vegan mozzarella sticks, fresh guacamole, tortilla chips, vegan beyond meat burger sliders,  mustard, bbq sauce, ketchup, jalapeños & vegan pepperoni pizzas.

On the table to the right are vegan beyond meat bratwurst sausages, vegan chicken strips, vegan nacho sauce & marinara for the mozzarella sticks.

Everything was SO YUMMY!  Thanks to my Baby Aaron who helps me every year to make this happen AND thanks to my hubby & my Anthony who clean & get the house ready for when my parents join us for New Year's Eve! ;)

MCT "Manly Monday!"
