Do Over Thursday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Do Over Thursday!"

If you are new to my blog, this is the day that my team & I make over a card that we have done in the past!  So for today, I decided to make over this Christmas card!  I re-created it to a much simpler form! lol…. ;)  Instead of using straight lines, I decided to use the ray die from my newest release called "Build a Sunray!".  I used it without using the coordinating stamps this time around. 

For my "re-created" card, I also used my new "More Stitched Circle Dies" along with that sentiment which is from another new set called "You are My Sunshine".  First I cut out all of the rays just using some yellow card stock, then adhered them down onto the kraft color layer card stock.  Next I cut out the 2 circles, then stamped the sentiment.  Before I adhered the circles, I grabbed my Stitched Rectangular Dies & cut out that kraft card stock piece!  This way there would be stitching all the way around even on the sunrays! Next I popped up both circles, then adhered that entire finished piece onto a white standard A2 size card base!  Easy as PIE!!! :)

What a Treat Wednesday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "What a Treat Wednesday!"

It's good to be back with a project for you today! ;) 

I wanted so badly to use our new "MOM" set with my existing "Embossed Gift Card Holder Die".  I just LOVE doing the chalkboard technique & I really like how this came out! It was SOOO EASY to make as well!  All I did was heat embossed the flower & the sentiments using white embossing powder, then die cut the "mom" out & adhered it down! That's IT! ;)
