Inspiration Wednesday


GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Inspiration Wednesday!"  For those of you who are new to my blog, every other Wednesday my team & I make a project based on something that inspired us! For today, this pillow below that I have in my living room was the inspiration behind my card today!  Ever since I purchased this pillow 2 years ago, I've been dying to make something using this color combo!  As you can see, my card's color combo isn't EXACT, but I thought it was pretty close!  I used some inks from Simon Says Store which were: Orange Peel, Schoolhouse Red, Sunshine, Dark Chocolate & Olive!  The black ink I used for the lady bug & the sentiment is my Black Ranger Archival Ink.  I just LOVE my newest set "Build a Pretty Flower" because you can use so many different colors & the flowers are STILL PRETTY!  The sentiment is from my other new set called "Springtime in Paris!"


Here is the card in it's entirety! I thought it would look pretty if I added some adhesive pearls that I had in my stash & also added the Clear Wink of Stella to all the flowers!

Tag It Tuesday


GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Tag-it Tuesday!"  Today my team & I were to create tags w/flowers on it! 
Before I begin w/my tag, I took both my boys to the Dr yesterday & they both have fevers & ear infections :(  They will be home w/me until they are feeling better & NO LONGER have a fever! I have been fighting something, but I REFUSE to get sick because I have to be healthy to make sure my boys are back to normal soon! Please pray I DON'T get sick too! ;) 
Okay, back to my tag I managed to get done last night! I basically used one of my favorite "Tag Dies", then embellished it using my "Flower Petal Dies", "Rolled Flower Dies" & the eiffel tower die from "Springtime in Paris" set! The embossed sentiment is also from this set too! To create my flowers, I just layered my rolled flower dies on top of my flower petal dies! I REALLY LOVE how it came out & I ESPECIALLY love my eiffel tower die! ;)  I just wanted to mixed my older products w/my newest release!

Scrapping the LittleThings

HAPPY MONDAY & welcome to another "Scrapping the Little Things"! WOW, what a weekend we had over here.  I have to say it was a quite BUSY one. Not only did we have the release, but my son also had a baseball tournament!  Which, we did lose, but it's okay, as long as all the boys had FUN playing the sport they LOVE!  Unfortunately, BOTH of my boys woke up sick this morning :(  On Saturday night's game….OMG….we were FREEZING to the bone & not to mention it was SOOO WINDY, definitely NOT spring weather, that's for sure! Then for the game on Sunday, it was actually decent. I think w/the weather change & all that nasty pollen blowing everywhere just made my boys allergies HORRIBLE. I am still going to take them both to the doctor "just in case" it's nothing else! Ever since my Baby Aaron got really sick 2 years ago, I am ALWAYS on the over protective side when it comes to stuff like this! ;) My hubby & myself felt yucky too, but after we "thawed out" from Saturday night, we are okay thankfully! It was a MIRACLE that we managed to work in between games & get a LOT of the packing of the new release out the door! ;) You can see an ***update*** on order at the bottom of this post!

***ORDER UPDATE***
As of right now, ALL orders that were placed up to yesterday afternoon have ALLLL BEEN SHIPPED!!!!!!!!! YES, it's a MIRACLE!! :) Even though my son had his baseball tournament this weekend, we managed to work in between games & some late nights to get it all done! A HUGE thanks to my Mom, Baby Aaron AND to Miss Nancy for making this ALL happen! It was a LOT of work, but ALL SO WORTH it because that means LOTS of you will be crafting w/these NEW items sooner than you thought! ;)

MCT Sneak peek day #4


GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to our 4th & final day of sneaky peeks for our April release! WOW, what a week! I hope you ALL enjoyed EVERYTHING just as much as WE enjoyed creating everything just for you! ;)  Okay, today we are featuring our last 2 sets!
First up is "Springtime in Paris", this set comes w/a total of 21 stamps & 1 coordinating die! I am just IN LOVE w/this set because it is going to be so much fun to play with!  Many of you may not know this, but I am french & mexican but I do NOT speak either of the languages! lol…. How pathetic is that! ;) You will notice for the packaging of this stamp set, below each french word, you will see the meaning of it! Keep in mind, the definition will NOT be on the stamp, it's just a reference for YOU! ;) Hope that made sense.  As you can see for my card today, I used the new flower dies that we featured yesterday! Isn't it amazing how DIFFERENT these can look when you mix & match them up? I just LOVE them! EVERYTHING else on this card is from this new set as well as the cute Eiffel Tower Die! The other item I used was the little vellum tag which was cut out using the tag from my Chunky Jar Accessories!  I basically heat embossed everything on this card then added a little bit of bling here & there!




Okay, now onto our second set we are showcasing today! This set is called "And Then Some"!  It include a total of 14 stamps & 1 die. I show you in my video below how you can stamp the different patterns onto this FUN trendy die! I never realized how POPULAR ampersands were nowadays!  This is a REALLY FUN die that can be used in SO MANY different ways! 


Like I promised! Here is a "PRE-SNEAK" that will release in May!  There are 2 new dies on this card. Just in case you missed it, Miss Kim sneaked one of these dies HERE & Miss Lucia also sneaked one of them too HERE!  I just wanted to give you all a little something FUN to look forward to that will be debuting in May! ;)
