Moxie Fab World "Textured to Perfection" challenge!

Hello my Creative friends! I usually don't post anything on the weekends, but I squeezed in some crafting time in this morning to get this card done!~  I am entering this card for the Textured to Perfection Challenge in the Moxie Fab World!  This is my very first time entering one of their SUPER FUN challenges & I am VERY EXCITED to do so! This deadline is on Mon 10/31 @ midnite~! Come check out this AWESOME blog HERE & join in on the fun!;)

Okie dokie, since we had to use "texture" in our projects, I already had a "vision" of what I wanted mine to look like! For my "texture", I used burlap, feathers & some balsa wood that I found @ Hobby Lobby! I just LOVE this stuff & it cuts so perfectly w/my dies~!  For my card, I used 2 different dies, "XL Label Die" (which is behind my Turkey) & the "Stitched Oval Die"!

I also used the sentiment from my "Mixed Holiday Sentiments'! That ADORABLE turkey face stamp is Peachy Keen's "Critter Faces Large" that was stamped onto my stitched circle die & I used my scallop die for the body! The "Scallop & stitched circle die" is sold as a set! I just wish you can see the balsa wood that I cut out w/my XL Label Die & stamped on it w/XL Borders & I inked it up w/Tim Holtz "Gathered Twigs". All I have to say is that I LOVE that Balsa Wood which I picked up from Hobby Lobby! The Burlap border is from "Pro 31 Designs"! I also forgot to mention that I got to use my FAVORITE Fall paper from DCWV "Harvest Gathering" matstack!

Friday Tip of the Day! - Episode 265

HAPPY HAPPY FRIDAY!!! I was SOOO happy lastnight! When I showed Baby Aaron these treats that I made for Anthony's class, he changed his mind & now he wants the SAME treats as Anthony! YAHOO! Yep, these treats were SOOO EASY to make, it's re-donkulus!;) hehehehe! I actually used my imagine to print on my address labels! Isn't that COOL??? I used the "Buccaneer" cartridge for it!I also used "Limitless Labels" from Papertrey Ink to stamp onto each label, after I printed them w/my Imagine! For a few of them, I used the little pattern backround stamps in my "Build a Banner Kit" to stamp on the labels! I wanted to show those of you who do not own an Imagine that this can be done w/o it as well! Those EXTRA special eyes I used were from Peachy Keen Stamps, "The Uglies Asst"!

I just LOVE how these turned out! In my video below, you can see exactly how I made these!

Here is a cute little "Witch Hat Pin" that I picked up for the teachers! Of course, the "original" packaging was NOT very attractive! So, I used my "XL Label Die", punched a couple of holes in it & now the pin looks SO MUCH MORE Presentable!;) That pretty paper is DCWV "The Ghosts & Goblins Stack"! I thought the tulle just finished it off!

My Creative Time's FIRST Design Team Call!

To my future Design Team:

I know that there are a lot of amazing stamps out there and you have the choice to be on any one of the several "Sentiment-Based" Design Teams available. I'm so honored and thrilled that you've chosen to apply for mine!!! Being on a Design Team (Thanks, Peachy Keen!) was a big goal of mine and has launched me to where I am today - having my very own DT! I'm so grateful for the experiences I've had and lessons I've learned from being on Design Teams and know how much work they can be!

And though I WISH I could have each and every one of you on my Design Team - that would be A LOT of members to keep track of (and I already have 3 boys to keep track of at home. Yes, that includes my DH)! Therefore, I have to choose a select few to showcase my stamp line and really bring out its best features. Because of this, I'm requesting that should you be chosen as a member of my DT, you not join or currently be serving as a Design Team member for any other "Sentiment-Based" stamp companies during your term. Thanks so much for understanding! Also, you would need to have a blog to participate!

GOOD MORNING & welcome to our October 11th edition Stamp Release! I am SOOO HAPPY w/the release & I think you will be happy w/them too! FIRST of all, do you notice the NEW packaging****!!! This release of stamps are a bit larger than my other sets! I just LOVE how ALL of them came out! This month I wanted to design stamps that will coordinate w/the existing dies I have out already! Oct Stamp Release Sneaky Peek #4 ~ Episode 263

WOW! I can't believe this is already the last day of sneaky peeks:(  THis is ALWAYS my FAVORITE week of the month! Well, for today's projects, my design team & I are showcasing my "soon to be released" stamp set called "All Around Birthday Time"! I've had several requests for a set like this to coordinate w/my "Scallop & Stitch Circle Die" set! There is LOTS to see, so let's get started!

This set was made to coordinate perfectly w/my "XL Label Die"! IF  you do not have this die, I suggest getting it because you are about to see some SUPER CUTE ideas w/it! There is LOTS to see, so let's get to it!;)

Here is my pretty monster pixie stick holder! PERFECT for your trick or treaters, classmates, co-workers etc......... I used the "Bump in the Night" cartridge for my pretty monster! The cute face is Peachy Keen's "The Uglies 1 1/8" & Phrases" stamp set! I used my "XL Label Die" along w/my "soon to be released" set called "XL Label Borders". The sentiment is from "Mixed Holiday Sentiments"!

Here is my cute little dinosaur gift box! I used the "XL Label Die" for it along w/my "Soon to be released" set called "XL Label Borders"! The sentiment "for you" is from my set called "Small Talk"!

I also wanted to share w/you this cute pixie stick holder that Baby Aaron made for Anthony's birthday! He put it on his present! I was VERY IMPRESSED on how well he stamped this! I colored the cutie dino for him, but he did the rest!

Good morning & welcome to day 2 of our sneaky peeks! Today my design team & myself are showcasing another one of my newest stamp set that I am releasing this Friday @ 12:01am! This one is called "All Around Accessories"! I LOVE this set! There is lots to see, so let's get started!

Here is my "Crafty Diva" banner! I am SOO HAPPY to have FINALLY made my first banner!;) It was worth all my injuries! hehehehe!;) I used my XL Label Die for the actual banner portion and for the letters, I used the cartridge that comes built in the E2 "Cricut American Alphabet"! The pattern paper is from DCWV "Lady Couture Stack"!

I just LOVE my little princess crown! This is one of the images from my newest set called "All Around Accessories"!

Here is my 2nd project all complete! I just LOVE how this came out! Pattern paper is from Stampin UP's mini catalog! Now I have my super cute wreath all ready for my craftroom for Christmas!;) I used Art Philosophy for the rosettes!;) Wreath, berries, pincones & bells are all from Michaels! The burlap is from Twins Mom Etsy shop! I am SO SUPER PROUD of my bow!! AND I did it all by myself!!!:)
