Tag it Tuesday!

GOOD MORNING & welcome back to another "Tag it Tuesday!"

I hope you are ALL keeping cool out there! Thank GOD the forecast change, it was "supposed" to be 107, but it is not going to be 104 today :(  I am SOOO NOT looking forward to this!  For those of you who are having rain, PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE send it my way??? Please??? We can SURE use it! 

I rested & kept my AC on full blast because that is the ONLY way I will survive this heat! Feeling much better today! I KNOW my PG&E will be a little high, but it's SOOO WORTH it! ;)

Okay, now onto my tag!  Since 4th of July is this weekend, I thought it would be fun to create a tag perfect for the occasion!  This is a PERFECT little tag to put on whatever you are bringing to a 4th of July party & it would make a SUPER CUTE presentation!

This tag was SUPER QUICK to put together.  I used my "Clean Color Real Brush" markers to color in my firecracker! I used "Primary Apple Red" embossing powder by WOW for my sentiment.  After I embossed the sentiment, I felt like my firecracker needed some embossing too! SO I just took a stylus that I had on my craft table & dipped it onto my versa mark ink pad & just dabbed it onto the firecracker in tiny sections on my firecracker.  I also used the same powder for my tiny stars as well!  Over all, I really like how it came out!

Made in Minutes!

Good morning my sweet friends & welcome back to another "MADE IN MINUTES!"  

I do have to say that I cheated a little bit :(  I'm not sure how the weather is in all of your states, but our weather is supposed to reach 107 by Tuesday!!!!!!! We've had pretty warm weather & it's kind of making me sick :(  I wasn't feeling to well after Anthony's tournament yesterday & just went straight to bed!  So I decided to look through my posts & came across this tag I had created last year for "Made in Minutes"!  This tag is an oldie by goodie AND there is also a video for it HERE!

Do Over Thursday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Throwback Thursday DO-OVER"

Today my team & I are featuring cards similar to what we had made in the past that we were not happy with! So this is our chance to do them over!

Okay, when I first made this card, I did NOT LIKE IT AT ALL :(
So this was my opportunity to do it OVER! :)

Here is my "revised" card! ;)  As you can see, I switched it up & made it more masculine this time around!  Since it is a masculine version, I decided to not add the little hexy dies this time around! I did use the same stamp set, but added the "UR" from "Already Missing You" & I also used the "&" from my "Alpha Pack"! I just heat embossed the words using some white embossing powder, then I did some water coloring over it using my Peerless Watercolors! I just love the resist look of this card by watercoloring over the embossing words!  I then just used my Stitched Rectangular Dies to cut it out, added a little arrow & last added the heart sequin then adhered it to my standard size card base!!!  Even though I loved the colors from the first one,  I am HAPPY w/my manly version card! ;)

Inspire Me Wednesday!

Good morning my sweet friends & welcome to another "Inspire Me Wednesday!"  Today my team has some GORGEOUS cards for you!  For my card, I found this card HERE on pinterest & it inspired my card I created here.  This was a VERY EASY card to put together! I "tried" to do an ombre watercolor background using my peerless watercolors.  As soon as it dried, I used my rectangular die to cut it.  Then I added the vintage stitched label dies using some vellum & some scraps of pattern paper! Next I used some vellum and more scraps to cut out my butterflies using my pretty butterfly dies.  Next, I stamped a sentiment from our newest set called Already Missing you.  I stamped it onto one of the stitched decorative banners.  Then instead of using adhesive to adhere it to my card, I decided to use my Tim Holtz mini attacher instead to attach it to the layer of my card!  It was missing something, so I went ahead & added some cream color hemp twine & created a simple bow!
Lastly, I adhered my layer onto a standard size card gray card stock base.   I wanted to add sequins SOOO BAD, but I put them on & for some strange reason, they were not flowing with my card today!;)  Hope you enjoy the simplicity of my card today.

UPDATE ON ORDERS!!!

Well, I do have to report that as of Sunday, June 21st, all orders have gone out!  My boys, myself & my Mom worked really hard to get these orders out so you ALL can enjoy your new goodies just as much as my team & myself are! :)  The items that are out of stock, will be back in stock the 2nd week of July! (or sooner) As soon as they come in, we will ship them out ASAP!
