3-D Wednesday ~ Episode

Good morning my Creative friends & welcome to another 3-D Wednesday! All I have to say is that I am SO VERY PROUD of myself because I found another use for my "Gift Card Holder Die"! Thank to my DT member Miss Jeanne, she inspired me to actually FIND my bind-it-all! lol.....
In my video below, I show you EXACTLY how I used my die w/this! For the inside of my cute notepad, I used a sentiment from "Honey Do List"!

I just used light chipboard to cut out the covers using my Gift Card Holder Die & the pattern paper is from a My Mind's Eye 6x6 paper pad "Dolled Up"! I added ribbon, kraft color twine & button all from Papertrey Ink! The twine is called "Carribean" from the Twinery!
I just LOVE how my cute little notepad turned out! The decorative edge from the die is my FAVORITE part!;) Don't forget to watch the video to see how I put this together!;)

Now, onto my FABULOUS Design Team! Click on each one of their name's to visit their blogs & to see more info about each project you see here today~!;)

Peachy Tuesday!

GOOD MORNING & welcome to another Peachy Tuesday! For today's project, I made some bookmarks! Luckily BOTH of my boys LOVE to read so I always surprise them every now & then w/a handmade bookmark! I know it has a bow on it, but they don't care, just as long as "Mommy" made it!;) hehehe! I thought that it would be nice to surprise them & put a CUTE little peachy face on their bookmarks today!
Even though I am no longer on the Peachy Keen design team, I feel VERY SPECIAL because I still get tons of Peachy email questions! One question I get ALOT is "Is it worth purchasing the assortment OR is it better to get the 1 1/8 in faces?"  Well, in "MY" own personal opinion, I highly recommended the assortment! ONLY because, look at my bookmark today, if I didn't have the assortment faces, I would've never been able to use that SUPER CUTE "tiny" face on my "Teeny Tag Die" from my set called "Teeny Tag Greetings"! The face is from one of my most FAVORITE sets in the whole world "Wide Eyed Kids Face Asst"! If you only can get one set from Peachy Keen, I "personally" LOVE this set because there is a little for everyone & it's just the CUTEST EVER!!;)

For my bookmark, I also used "My Teacher Rocks" for the sentiment on the chalkboard paper from DCWV! I used white embossing powder & heat embossed it so it can look nice & bright!:) The apple came from my other stamp set "Follow your dreams"! I just used stickles to color it in!

Well, I hope you enjoyed my Peachy project today! The bottom line is, ya never know when you are going to need a CUTE TINY face! So, the answer to all of your question, "YES" it is worth it to get the assortment faces!;)

Thank you SOO MUCH for stopping by! I will see you all back here tomorrow for another 3-D Wednesday w/my FABULOUS design team!:) xoxo

Monday Madness......Imagine That!:) - Episode 320

GOOD MORNING & welcome to another "Monday Madness.... Imagine That!"  Today is the day that you will see my designers create AMAZING projects using their Cricut Imagines! This way you can all get different ideas on how to make different projects w/your Imagine! Starting NEXT WEEK, we will start an "Imagine Link Up Party"! Yep, we will challenge ALL of you "Imagine Owners" out there to come up w/projects of your own! Not all of us use our Imagines alot, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to wipe the dust off those "big" machines & put them to work! If you do NOT own an Imagine, you are welcome to join us as well, just as long as you use pattern paper in your projects! I don't like to have anyone feel left out on my blog, so the more....the merrier!;)

For my card today, I used the "Yummy" Imagine cartridge! I cut the cupcake @ 3.2 inches & the scalloped circle @ 4 inches! The base of the card is cardstock from Stampin up called 'Taken with Teal'.  The cupcake cuttlebug embossing folder is from Provocraft, I just don't know the "exact" name of it! I used glossy accents on the cherry & sprinkles (sorry, couldn't wait for it to dry)hehehe!  The pretty satin ribbon is from Papertrey Ink & the sentiment is from "Wow So Many Candles"!
I just love how this card turned out! Not bad for not knowing WHAT I was going to make! lol.....

Here a short video for ya!:)
Okay, onto my AWESOMELY CREATIVE design team!;)

Well, I hope you all were inspired to use your imagine's today!;)  Don't forget to click on each designer's name to visit their blogs!
Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by! See you all back here tomorrow for another Peachy Tuesday! Have a FABULOUS day my sweet creative friends!;) xoxo

Friday Tip of the Day w/Miss Debbie Crowder!

Good morning everyone and welcome to my Guest Spot with "My Creative Time" and my Friday Tip of the day.
Today I have made a few little goodies using quite a few of Emma's dies and stamps. I will list them for each picture. I hope you enjoy it!!
First up is My little shadow box I made. I purchased this for $3.99 at Hobby Lobby it was unfinished so I used Tim Holtz Picket Fence crackle paint. After it dried I used the Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink to shade the corners and make some of the crackles pop out. The chickie is from Create a Critter and the sentiment is from Emma's "Hello Spring" Stamp set from her new release. The paper behind the chickie is from October Afternoon. (Forgive the pics it is late and not the greatest lighting...I am buying me one of those photobox's as soon as I get around to ordering it!)

Ok Next project is a couple little "treats" to give out! I bought the cute little Polka dot bucket at Hobby Lobby for $1.99 and this cute little bottle also was $1.99 filled it with my favorite chocolate covered raisins!! The bucket has some cute little chickie marshmellows...ps no chicks were harmed during this photoshoot....ok I ate a few!! I used the Egg die to make this cute little hanging tag for the bottle and used a stamp from "You had me at Chocolate" for both the sentiments and then used the little strip stamps from "Hello Spring" also to decorate the egg. Ink is from Powder Puff.

Next I used the cute little Silhouette stamp from "Hello Spring" and embossed it in white on this black Bazzill cardstock. I wanted it to stand out. I used the sentiment again from "You had me at Choclate" (I love this set!) This was a hard card to photograph in the evening! The sentiment says "Where have you been all my life" in case its hard to see in this pic.

Now for my Tip of the Day.....drum roll please.....

I like to find inexpensive ways to store my goodies in my craft room and I like having things that I use alot like Emma's stamps really handy and accessible so I purchased this "curtain rod (although its a wire but that is what they are calling it here at Ikea) from Ikea for around $5 and it comes with quite a few I believe 18 clips! You can purchase more of these clips places where they sell "Clip it Ups" but if you don't want to spend over $80 for one part of a clip it up this is ideal. It is close to the wall so it doesn't get in your way. I have enough room that I can also use part of it to hang my cards on. Here is some photos.
This is hanging right above my work area! Handy dandy!!

{Didn't Miss Debbie do an AWESOME job? I am SOOO PROUD of her!;) Miss Debbie will do}
