Let it Snow!! Again!

Hey there again! I just had to make another one of these Hershey treats! I recently got this "Snow Friends" cart. & I couldn't wait to use it!!! Isn't this snowman ADORABLE! I love the way he has arms & those mittens are way toooo cute! All of the snowmen on this cart are cute! I had a hard time choosing which one I wanted to cut out 1st! All supplies that were used to make this are from PTI. The sentiment is from All that scraps! Also, last but not least, that gorgeous face stamp is from Peachy Keen Stamps. It came from the set "Winter Face Asst. Pkg" PK-520. These cute little treats are availabe @ my etsy shop for purchase!
