Tag it Tuesday!

Good morning my sweet friends & welcome to another "Tag-it Tuesday"! First up, sorry for no video :( my boys both went back to school yesterday & they were FLOODED w/homework! I was helping them so they would not have break downs! hehehe :) It's funny because 9 times out of 10, I don't understand their homework unless I google it. I just wanted to share w/you even if you don't understand what they are doing, just sitting next to them while they are working helps TONS!!! I  had to that w/each boy lastnight & I can tell it totally calmed their nerves & they were able to get through everything! That was just a little "homework" tip for you today. ;)
Okay, second on today's agenda, if you didn't hear my big announcement yesterday, you can see it HERE! I am looking forward to all of your entries!
Alright, now onto some AWESOME tags my team & I created for you today!
For my 1st tag, I just LOVE how it came out! I just heat embossed the sentiment on using Hero Arts white embossing powder! I LOVE that stuff! The little banners were on the paper already & all I did was add my leaves & flower dies at the bottom. Then finished it off w/ribbon, twine & a cute little button! SUPER SIMPLE, but I LOVE it!
Supplies used for my "Friend" Tag
~ Papertrey ink ribbon
~ hemp twine

Next up, I'd thought I would try something a little different! I've been dying to use my doily die for a tag & I finally did it! :) I think it's different & very classy looking and I think it would look beautiful on a gift bag. I used an "oldie, but goodie" stamp & die set which is the hot air balloon. I paper pieced it together using the different papers & I just loved the look of it.  I then added the banner w/the sentiment, added chunky glitter to the balloon and that's it for that part. I didn't want to add too much because I didn't want to take away from my doily die. Last I just finished it off w/some ribbon, twine & shiny button. :)
Supplies used:
~ May Arts ribbon
~ Hemp twine
