Apr 10 Thrifty Thursday


Good morning my sweet friends & welcome to another THRIFTY THURSDAY!  For those of you who are visiting my blog for the first time we alternate every other Thursday & make a project using our SCRAPS or recycled items only! This is how "Thrifty Thursday" came about! 
Okay, for my card today, I made another attempt at watercoloring! Can I just say that once you start, it's a bit of an addiction? ;)  What I did differently is after I heat embossed it using the White Hero Arts , I added water to my paper w/a brush, THEN I added the color. I mixed the color "Mustard Seed" & water to color this! I am SO EXCITED about watercoloring right now! :)

~ Teeny tag holidays
~ Teeny tag layering dies
~ Bloom where you are planted

Other items used:
~ Tim Holtz wire pins
~ Ribbon from my scraps
~ Mustard seed ink
~ Water color paper

Okay! Next up is my AMAZING design team~! I am in AWE once AGAIN on what they ALL created w/their scraps~!

    Good Morning Miss Emma well you sure got my day off to a cheery start with your pretty card you sure did a great water color creation too love the heat embossed flowers they are not only so pretty they are cute too and the ribbon is such a sweet touch. Hope you have a fab day too!!
