Made In Minutes & WINNERS WINNERS WINNERS! ;)

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Made in Minutes!"
I hope you ALL had a GREAT weekend! Mine was SUPER BUSY & I'm not sure about you ladies & gents, but does any of your kids ask you to do a MAJOR project at the "last minute" for school?
Well, I was "literally" walking to my craft room when my son told me that he needed to make a dish for his spanish class for his country he picked for his presentation!  Of COURSE, my FIRST question was…."when do you need it by?" he says….."tomorrow!"  LOL….. I can laugh about it now, but when he asked me, I was SO NOT IN THE MOOD to make ANOTHER meal & especially if it was NOT for us! ;)  We went grocery shopping & luckily I had 80% of the ingredients so it wasn't too bad!  We ended up making "Empenadas".   Not sure if I even spelled it correctly, but basically they were bean, cheese & chorizo turnovers! I have to say that I "HAD TO" test taste them & they were pretty yummy!  But, this was the "highlight"!  After we made them, my son said that now he can bring the recipe to his teacher! Of course, I responded "What do you mean the recipe?" He told me that he just wanted to make them to make sure they taste good before he has to bring them to school "NEXT TUESDAY!" OMG! soooo, basically the teacher wanted everyone's recipe TOMORROW……"WHY?"….it's NOT even due until "NEXT Tuesday?"
Oh well, at least I have dinner for tonight AND we had fun making them! ;)
So, there went my crafting time! For those of you who have kids KNOW that you no longer have a schedule! Your kids' schedule is YOUR schedule….right? hehehe!  This is what being a Mom is all about & I would NOT trade it for the world! ;)  I would do ANYTHING for my "big" baby boys! :)

Okay, before we get to our WINNERS from last week's 5 Days of Christmas, my team has created "once again" some AMAZING "Made in Minutes" projects for you today! Don't forget to click on each name to visit each blog & leave them some LOVE! ;)

  11. Oh, yes. I've had those days with my daughter. My son tends to just ignore projects, probably because he's seen my face turn red dealing with his sister's last minute projects, LOL! The empanadas sounded wonderful and it's nice that you at least got to enjoy them!
I'm so excited to try the Wink of Stella pens! I've been wanting to forever and now I'll have the chance! Thanks so much for sharing! Congratulations to the other winners, too! Enjoy your goodies! I know I will!

  13. Great projects by your team. My funny story about my kids involves two of them when they were in college. They never let me know they were coming home so I said to give me a call so I can prepare. The next time they came they called-- from the end of our driveway!
Congrats to all the the winners--I am so happy to have won a prize.

  14. Oh My Word! I am so surprised to be a very lucky winner! Wish you could see my face ;) Thank you so much for such a generous gift! <3 I like your Spanish Class story and how you will be making these again soon! Your son better be helping with the making also. I think all Moms have a story or two like yours today...just enjoy it because as you mention they grow fast and time is flying. You will be able to take pictures and journal about it in a layout, and laugh about it years later. The team has some great projects made quickly. They really are amazing. Congratulations to all of the winners! Thank you again for the fabulous gift!
