HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Good morning my sweet friends & welcome to another "Made in Minutes!".

I hope you all enjoyed your holiday and had a HAPPY NEW YEAR!  The holidays were definitely DIFFERENT this year, but I really enjoyed them with my family here at home! Luckily we have been quarantined with my parents since day one, we were able to enjoy the holidays with them as well.

It was NICE to take a break & re-charge my batteries!  I was EXHAUSTED & didn't want to be sick for the holidays so I just took a step back from everything & just relaxed!  Hope you all did the same! :)

MCT "Made in Minutes"

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Made in Minutes".  

Today is the day that we create projects that are made in 20 minutes or under! 

BEFORE I get to my team's AMAZING projects, I just wanted to tell you what I have been up to! 

These last couple of weeks have been CRAZY busy!  As you all know, in the fall last year was my youngest son's first year of college & I was LUCKY enough to have him attend a Jr College that was only 10 minutes away!  Unfortunately he did not make the baseball team so he was CRUSHED :(

THANKFULLY another opportunity presented itself & I am happy to say that he transferred to a different college that he will be playing baseball for!  The ONLY thing is that this new college is not 10 minutes away :( .....it is 2 hours away.  I know, some of you are saying..."that is nothing", but to me, it's HUGE.  I am very close to BOTH of my boys & to have any of them leave is truly heartbreaking for me. :'(  I am both happy & sad but I am MOSTLY VERY PROUD of Anthony for NOT giving up on his dreams.  Last week my husband & I moved him into his new apartment and we were able to stay with him to help clean the apartment & get him settled before his roommates came back yesterday!  LUCKILY, these 3 boys he will be living with, he has played baseball with all 3 since T-Ball!  I was very happy about that! :)  All I have to say is that "THANK GOD" BOTH OF MY BOYS know how to clean AND cook!!!  To all you Mom's out there, teach your kids when they are YOUNG because it will help them out TREMENDOUSLY especially when they are off on their own!  I know I will see him occasionally on the weekends, but I just will have to get used to not seeing him everyday. :(

 That is why you have not seen anything from me!  I had filmed my FLASH sale video before I left!  Since we just got back yesterday, I am EXHAUSTED!  So I am taking it easy today because I am just emotionally drained as well.  I will be back to my regular projects this week for sure! :) 

Here is a picture of my husband & I with Anthony at his new place. This was taken our last day with him.  It was a sad good bye. :'(

MCT "Made in Minutes"

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Made in Minutes!" 

First off, I know I said that I would be back today, BUT, I totally forgot that I was helping my Mom make tamales over the weekend!  I was SUPER EXCITED because we made "VEGAN TAMALES".

I am SO BUMMED because I did not take any pictures :(  My parents usually order tamales for Christmas Eve, but the place they order from does not make vegan ones.  So we were experimenting & they came out SOOOO YUMMY!  We are going to make a few dozen of them next weekend & freeze them so we can have them for Christmas Eve. We have to make sure we have enough because both of my boys will be eating them with me since we are the only vegans in the entire family.  I love our set up because we celebrate with my parents & 2 sisters, nieces & nephews on Christmas Eve & then on Christmas day, we all spend it at our own houses.

 We like to make extra tamales because it's a tradition in my house that we have tamales,  Christmas cookies & mexican hot chocolate for breakfast on Christmas morning! :)

My Mom has been so AWESOME to make sure my boys & I have vegan options when there are family functions! :) 

Here is the cookbook where I got the recipe from!  We made the potato & chorizo tamales!  This cookbook has some AMAZING recipes.  If you are interested, I picked it up HERE!  When we make the final batch I will make sure to take pictures & post them here so you can see! :)

I am GLAD I did! :) This was a SUPER EASY card to throw together & everything I used is below this picture!

Today my team & I created cards that were done in 20 minutes or under!  For all of you card makers out there, you ALL know that sometimes, well for me it can take up to 2 hours to create just ONE card! lol..... I know it sounds silly, but unfortunately it is true sometimes!  So this is a HUGE challenge!  The key is to keep your card very minimal & most important....SIMPLE!  Watch my video below to see how I put this card together! :)

***UPDATE ON ORDERS***

Hello again my sweet friends!  I have a little bit of unfortunate news for you :(  Since it was Easter weekend, my Mom & I didn't start working on the orders until late last night. When we were working  I came across an error on the new "Mini Spring Greetings" set :(   Unfortunately I could not contact anyone since it was late Sunday night.  I will be giving them a call this morning to see if they can RUSH me replacements!  I will keep you all posted! I am glad I caught it otherwise we would be sending this set out twice.  I apologize for the inconvenience my friends :(

Made in Minutes!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Made in Minutes".

First things first....Thank you for LOVING our new release just as much as my team & I do!!!
All the orders that were placed over the weekend have gone out today!  We sold out of ALL the bundles in 40 minutes!!! We also QUICKLY sold out of the "Treat Label Dies" as well! Next,  we celebrated my Dad's "88th" birthday! YEP....this is what "88" looks like!! Here he is with my boys & my sister's girls! :)

Well, at my Dad's birthday party, I "literally" over ate!  I can't remember the last time I did that :(
Let's just say it was NO fun.  I got sick & was not able to keep anything down :(  I basically stayed in bed ALL day Sunday & praying that I would wake up this morning BETTER! 

This is why I have no project for you today :(  But, I will for sure have something for you tomorrow!
