The inspiration behind my card were these ADORABLE stars from my set "Shine Like the Stars!" I was inspired to create a Valentine Day-ish card with it & this is what I came up with. You can watch my video below to see how this card came together. :)

It is GREAT to be back in my craft room this week! Last week was SOOO CRAZY that I did not even get to step one foot into my craft room so I had FUN making this SIMPLE card for you today! :)
Before I get to my card, I just wanted to share that my boys are finally OUT FOR SUMMER!!!! YAAAAH!! :) Last week they had finals, last minute projects, many pot lucks for the end of the year which meant "I" had to work too! for the potlucks that is! ;) Like I said in my video, I was SO VERY PROUD of BOTH of my boys because they BOTH ACED "ALL" of their finals & they did get their final grades & they got ALL A's in ALL of their classes!!! WHOOHOO!
I always tell them that HARD WORK does pay off! :)

It's been a ROUGH & LONG week with both of my boys having BIG projects due & they are preparing for finals! Today we are showcasing a FAVE of mine, "Shine Like The Stars"
This stamp & die set has a total of 18 stamps & 5 coordinating dies. For my card today, I did some inking using Tim Holtz AMAZING inks "Seedless Preserves", "Barn Door", "Spiced Marmalade" & "Mustard Seed". I just LOVE how these colors blend SO WELL! Next I used white embossed powder & heat embossed all the stars & sentiments! Last I added some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh!
