Very sweet cards, Miss Emma! Pun intended. lol I love both ways you made your ice cream. The die is fabulously fun, of course. And I love the minimalistic coloring (since I'm not a good colorist myself). The star stencil works perfectly with the birthday theme, too.

Loving the look of your card, the way you colored the sprinkles on the ice cream and gave color to the sentiment background (yellowish) to match some of the yellow sprinkles, and then the rest white...stands out!
