GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Inspiration Wednesday!"
Today I was inspired by my brand new inks that rang my doorbell yesterday! ;) hehe!
I am IN LOVE w/the NEW color ink for January by Tim Holtz & the color is called "Pistachio".
I think this color is SOOO PRETTY & soft! I just used the ink pad & smushed it onto my craft mat & used it as a watercolor background for my card!
Here is my card in it's entirety!
To finish off my card, I stamped the sentiment using archival black in. Then I cut out my Flower Petal Dies, added some Sugar Coating Chunky Glitter with glossy accents! Then I tucked the flower into my pocket die from my Fun Pockets Stamp & Die set! Lastly I added the little butterfly die & added a teeny heart to the butterfly & adhered it to the pocket!

Good Morning Miss Emma....OMG Girl your card is so Gorgeous...WOW I love your flower it's so pretty and what a super cute idea having it tucked in the pocket....I love your clever and creative idea...WOW definitely going to do this on a LO. I too love the color of TH new ink Golly Gosh even the sparkle on your flower....that glitter is gorgeous you really did an outstanding creative job and again thanks for sharing new ways to use your goodies...oh and I love the cutie patootie butterfly I just love butterflies...You really did an outstanding creative job and I love how excited you were about your new inks. ReplyDeleteThe new Pistachio is a great compliment to the pretty red glittery flower. Beautiful card. Some fun techniques and great projects by the Design Team today. I want to try the inking and die cutting that Kim showed. Almost time for the 40th release! Congratulations on 40 releases.
