Super cute tag! Have you tried Sizzex adhesive sheets yet? They are awesome for all these little intricate dies!

Beautiful tags and all used the Cute Tag Dies...and no two were close to the same...all different. The tag is great with the Stitched Heart Background and tiny hearts. Love the baby face tag and what a sweet shaker tag with the pretty kraft pattern papers. Very inspirational :D
