Trending Now "Spring Fling" with watercolor!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Trending Now!"

Today we are doing a "Spring Fling" theme of cards with some watercoloring!
Okay, before I get started, I do have to admit that I wrote the schedule wrong in my planner! :(   I had it being "thoughtful Thursday!" lol...
SOOOOO, in my video below,  just pretend I didn't say it was Thoughtful Thursday! ;)
After I discovered that I made an error, I found a way to salvage this card!  If you look at my 3rd picture of this card, this is the original way I created it!  So after consulting with my DT member Miss Kim, she advised me to just add water coloring around the flower! She's a genius....! :)
I know it's not very bright & pretty, but I actually LOVE the way it looks with the subtle blue-ish watercolor background!  You can see in my video below how I put this card together!  You do not see me doing the water color portion because I discovered my mistake AFTER the video was done & already uploaded!

Here is the card I created in my video minus the watercolor! ;)
Like I mentioned in my video, you can see the video HERE on the best way to use the "Curly Frames" set!

  2. Good Morning Miss Emma!!! OMG I definitely LOL....as I had watched your video first on You Tube....and then came here and saw the theme of things and saw the blue behind your flower....thought I'd was wacadoodle...'cause I didn't remember that part....LOL...then read on and then Oh Now I get it....but it's great that it happened this way because the water color change turned out so beautiful and it worked!! Both Versions of your card are Gorgeous....so just goes to show ya....how easily one can change it up and or just do it 2 ways.....I just love that curly frame and your daisy is so pretty....love all of you clever and creative ideas using your fabulous goodies....your card idea would make for a gorgeous journaling space on a layout....Love what you did and how you did it....Thanks for your story share too!! You truly spread that Craftabulous Inspiration in abundance. YOU SO ROCK!! Here's to a Tremendously Terrific Thursday!! YOU so ROCK!!

  7. I love how the Curly Frame surrounds the daisy and adds detail to the card. I like how the color behind the daisy helps draw your eye to it and makes it stand out more. Beautiful job.
