Scrapping the little things!

GOOD MORNING & HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Welcome back to our very first "official" post for 2015! I hope you ALL have a FABULOUS Christmas AND New Year!  It was NICE to take some time off to just ENJOY my boys for winter break! We had a GREAT time together & I'm just sad to see them go back to school :(

Okie dokie! I have a SUPER EXTRA SIMPLE smashbook page for you today! This was the very last page in my smash book for 2014 so it was PERFECT to end it w/a Christmas page!
As you can see, I used a thick permanent sharpie marker to write the title!!! LOL….that was SOOO NOT intentional! I have NO IDEA "WHAT" I was thinking!  It's been THAT LONG since I have been "crafty" & if I would've thought this through, I TOTALLY would've used my alpha dies for the title! So please EXCUSE my poorly written title! :(  The ONLY MCT item I used for this page was my "Winter Flake Dies"!  OH, I also used some enamel dots from doodle bug that I had in my stash!
Like I said, this page was SUPER SIMPLE! :)

Designer Challenge

December 1 ~ “5 Days of Christmas”

HAPPY HAPPY MONDAY my sweet friends!!! Welcome to the first day of our 5 days of Christmas! 

Today I have a SUPER CUTE treat for you.  I've been seeing these all over pinterest & one of my sweet design team members "Miss Jessica" had created this cutie patootie HERE! As soon as I saw Miss Jessica's version of this, I just HAD to make it too! ;) You can see in my video below EXACTLY  how I created this from beginning to end! I thought it would be cute to make a pink & a blue treat!

Aren't these SOOO ADORABLE?  Whoever "originally" created these….THANK YOU, now I can give the CUTEST treats to all my friends!

These would be PERFECT treats for your classmates, your teacher,  your mail man/mail lady, & I will be making LOTS for stocking stuffers! ;) ALSO, how CUTE would these be to hang on your Christmas tree?

Here is the card I made in its entirety!  I was inspired by one of my design team members, "Miss Nikki" for the layout of my card today! Miss Nikki is taking the Holiday Card Class & she explained what they did today.  I saw her card & she mentioned on her blog HERE that one of the techniques she learned was to make the "Focal Point" of your card on the lower left corner! So, that is EXACTLY what I did & I actually LOVE how it turned out! I know it's not EXACTLY how she learned it in class, but this is my take on it!  I WISH I would've taken the class too, but it is a BUSY time for me right now & I KNOW I will not have time to watch any of the videos :(

35th Edition Release Peak Day 1

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to our first day showcasing sneaky peeks from our 35th Edition release~!  I am SUPER EXCITED for this week & you have LOTS to see, so let's get right to it!

Today my AWESOME team & I are showcasing a VERY REQUESTED item & it is "Fun Vertical Greetings!" You asked for it…..YOU GOT IT! Mainly everyone was requesting this to coordinate w/my Embossed Gift Card Holder die, but my team & I show you SEVERAL different way on how to play w/this set! For my 1st project, I made this CUTE tag! I heat embossed the background using my Grainy Wood Background, stamped my sentiment & added all the dies! You can see ALL THE MCT products I used below!

Next up, I could NOT WAIT to use these new sentiments on my Embossed Gift Card holder die!  Again, I embossed it w/that same background, then added my Winter Flake Dies! EASY PEASY!

Last, but certainly not least, I just HAD to use my bike die from Way To Go & add the balloons & present to it!  This is another one of the sentiments that will be in this small but FUN set!
