Thoughtful Thursday

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Thoughtful Thursday!"

Today my team & I create cards that are meant for a particular person in mind that we actually mail off to them!  For my card today, I made it SUPER SIMPLE, just the way I have LOVED my cards lately! ;)
I basically just stamped my cute robot & colored him in using my Clean Color Brush markers.  Then I used the coordinating die & cut him out along with the balloon & string! Next I stamped the sentiment onto the card base then I popped up the cute robot & balloon and just colored under him so it looks like he has a ground under him!  Last I just added those cute little tiny star sequins from Pretty Pink Posh!  THAT'S IT,  a QUICK card done in no time at all! ;)

Whatever Wednesday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Whatever Wednesday!"  Basically today is the day that we are doing whatever we want! :) 

Okay, I was planning on a video for you today, but my son is taking guitar classes now, so that means he is practicing in my craft room!  The reason he is using my room is because it's the furthest away from my bedroom since my hubby goes to bed SUPER EARLY!  So, now I need a new game plan so I can get my videos done for you! I may have to find some MOJO in the morning when they are at school! ;)

For my card today, it's pretty self explanatory.  I just stamped & water colored the beet using Tim Holtz inks: "mowed lawn" & "dusty concord".  Then I used the coordinating die & cut it out! I tied a little bow onto the beet using twine & popped that up & just stamped my sentiment on there! Last I added some bigger sequins to my card! Super SIMPLE! :)

Manly Monday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Manly Monday!" 

I hope you ALL had a GREAT weekend!  Mine was pretty good!  I was able to spend lots of time with my boys since their break has finally come to an end :(  I always get a little sad when they have to go back to school because I just get used to them being home with me.  Even though 1/2 of their vacation everyone was sick, we still tried to make the BEST of it!  So today is their official first day back & since they have "Block Schedule" at their school, it's almost like they are starting their very FIRST day back to school!  Yep, they will have new classes this term & I can't wait to hear all about them when they get home tonight after their practices! ;)  Since I wanted to spend every minute with them over the weekend, I was not able to sneak into my craft room.  I will be back for sursies tomorrow with a new project & video for you! :)

3-D Wednesday

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & we are welcoming back "3-D Wednesday!"

This is the day that my team & I will create any other project but a card!  It will even include treats as well! 

So, for my project, I decided to do a gift card holder!  I had gotten a question last year about how we can get the shaped gift cards that Starbucks offers into a gift card holder! So, here it is my friends! You can see in my video below how QUICKLY this came together! :) 

Here is the cute 3x3 envelope all closed up! 

This is how I attached the heart shaped gift card to my heart die & it fit perfectly into my 3x3 envelope die! :)

Weird Holiday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to My Creative Time!

Today my AWESOME team & I are featuring another NEW segment on my blog called "Weird Holidays!" Can you even believe there is actually a calendar that shows all the holidays?  How FUN is that!  So, as I was looking at the calendar for January, I came across "National Popcorn Day!"  This FUN holiday falls on January 19, 2017!  So since I have this PERFECT "Popcorn Background" stamp, I thought this was PERFECT! :)  You can see in my video how I put my card together!
