Friday Tip of the Day ~ Stickers, Stamps, Embossing & Dies

GOOD MORNING my creative friends & welcome to another "Friday Tip of the Day"! WOW, what a week! I've been having tons of fun w/my boys....I just LOVE summer because we just get to hang out & enjoy each other! They grow soooo fast, I just want to take advantage of this time before they get to that point where they are "Too cool" to hang out w/Mom! hehehe!;)
For today's tip, I just wanted to show you this card that I made using stamps, dies, embossing AND stickers! I used "My Little Firecracker" (which is still on sale HERE), my favorite is that CUTE star border stamp in this set! I used clear embossing powder & heat embossed it using my heat gun. I just LOVE how it turned out to be an AWESOME background! The sentiment is also from that same stamp set & I used my one of my FAVORITE pocket dies from "Fun Pockets".  I thought this card would be PERFECT if I added these SUPER CUTE sticker from Jolee that I picked up from Joanns. The stickers on this card are the CUTE little rockets and the hat! At first, I wasn't sure about the shade red that was originally on these stickers:( they were ALMOST pinkish red, which was a big No ~ No! So, I landed up adding red stickles over that pinkish red & I just LOVE LOVE LOVE they way they turned out! Aren't they just pretty & sparkly? Just the way I like it!;) Even though it seems like I did alot to this card, I still think its CUTE & SIMPLE looking & I just adore it!

Why don't you check your stash at home & see if you can use this idea onto one card! I had LOTS OF FUN creating this!

Since I was celebrating LAST Friday w/my boys on their BIG win, I never got to announce the LUCKY winner of this BEAUTIFUL Metallic Hemp!

Oh, I think your designs are adorable. I would combine All Around Accessories and Many Greetings!! And maybe throw in a die like XL label!! Wouldn't that be a great card? I think I will go into my craft room and get started right now!!
