DIY "Foaming Hand Soap"

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "DIY".

Today I thought I would share how I make my "Foaming Hand Soap" & wanted you to see just how EASY it is to make! :)

You can see in my video just how I made this and I also linked up everything I used to make it as well just in case you wanted to try it too below! :)

As I mentioned in my video, I shared how I have been using re-usable towels in my kitchen & my bathrooms for 13 years now!  I did say I would show you pictures of how I have them set up in each space!

This first one is how I have them displayed on my counter top in my kitchen next to my sink.
I don't roll up the towels in the bathrooms, ONLY in the kitchen because I wanted them to look presentable AND I just wanted to do it! :)  This basket I actually found at Walmart!

Here is how I have them displayed in my boys' bathroom. As I mentioned in my video, these are just folded regular!  I found this basket at Hobby Lobby.

This is how I have them displayed in my bathroom! As you can see, they are also just folded regular as well! This basket I also picked up at Hobby Lobby.  I just LOVE having this system, this way there will be no "cross contamination" if any of us are sick by using just one towel!  It also gives your bathroom a little "spa like" feel as well! :)  Since we are all still home, I wash all the towels twice a week!  When we go back to normal where my boys are back to school, then I will only need to wash them once a week.  Like I mentioned in my video, I use a DIY bleach that works WONDERS!  As you can see, I've had these towels from Target for 13 years & they are still in good shape AND they are still WHITE! :)

I hope this will help some of you out who has been wanting to make your own hand soap!  I realize it takes a little bit to actually get everything you need, but it will last you for a long while! WELL WORTH IT! :)

Thanks so very much for stopping by, have a FABULOUS day & I will see you back here soon! ;) xoxo

MCT "DIY Dish Washing Soap"

***Just a HEAD'S UP, this is NOT a crafty post.  If you don't care for DIY stuff you are more than welcome to skip this post.***

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to my 3rd DIY post! If you missed my first 2 DIY posts, you can see them HERE & HERE!

I thought since we are all quarantined, maybe this will help some of you out there.  I've been making my own cleaning products, body, face & spa  products for around 4 years now so I thought I would share with you!  Since we are home 24/7, we can run out of products FAST.  For me, it's dishwashing soap because we do not have a dishwashing machine. "WE" are the dish washers in my house! :)  But we do have one rule in my house, we all wash our own dish & utensil that we use.  Usually at the end of each meal, any one of my boys OR my hubby washes any other stragglers, or pots & pans that are left over.  I am GRATEFUL that they help me and never have to ask them to either.  :)

I am sharing you a recipe that I found in my "Naturally Clean Home" book & I've been making this for 4 years now & I LOVE it!

Here is the recipe:
~ 22 oz Soap Dispenser
~ Fill with Castile Soap
~ 20 Drops of Lime Oil
~ 10 Drops of Sweet Orange Oil
~ 5 Drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract Oil

Here is my video for you showing how easy this is to make!  Now, of course you don't have to use the EXACT brand of  items I used, I just linked the items I used here for you just in case you wanted to know.  The ONLY item you might want to get that I have linked here is the Soap because I don't think another one will work as good.  As for the Grape Fruit oil, if you get another brand, just make sure it says "seed liquid extract" on it!  Also, these items may seem like a lot, but they will last you for quite some time! ;)

***Watch the video to the end because I also share a quick tip for you.***

I truly love created LOTS of things & I am happy to share them with all of you!  Hopefully you were inspired here today!  Thanks so much for stopping by, have a FABULOUS day & I will see you all back here soon! :) xoxo

MCT "DIY PILLOW SPRAY & SLEEP SERUM" Gift Basket

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to My Creative Time!
I had mentioned in one of my videos about a month ago that I wanted to add something a little different to my blog! Since I do a LOT of DIY stuff, I thought it would be fun to share what I do "besides" My Creative Time paper crafting.  I will be sharing a little something different each time so you can see what goes on in my life! ;)  So, on occasional Mondays and on Fridays, with the exception of the 3rd Friday of each month, I will post either a DIY item, lifestyle or even a recipe with you!  If you have been following me from the beginning, you know I can get bored easily so that's why I wanted to incorporate something a little something here to share with all of you!
I truly hope you enjoy it because I had so much fun creating this content for you all! ;)

Here is what it looks like after I wrapped it in the cellophane! :)
I just LOVE how it turned out & I hope my niece enjoys it just as much as I enjoyed putting it together for her! ;)

Here is a closer look at the tag I created for it!
