Today is the day that we create cards that were meant for a specific person in mind! I listed all the MCT products I used below this picture! I colored in my pretty image using my FAVORITE "ZIG Clean Color Brush Markers!"

P.S. I apologize for not having a video for you today :( It was a pretty rough day for our community yesterday. A young 16 year old passed away tragically in a car accident. He was a junior at my son's highschool.......so very sad :( Then my son found out that one of his friend's will be staying in the hospital for an UNKNOWN amount of time to be treated for a VERY RARE cancer :( After I heard this, I could NOT handle anymore bad news :( If you all can please keep these 2 families in your prayers, it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED my friends. xoxo

Today is the day that my team & I create a card with a particular someone in mind! These are cards that we will be mailing off to that someone special :)
I kept my card pretty simple. I am REALLY into the bright white card base & I really love how it came out! :)
GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to our 2nd day of our sneaky peeks from the 66th Edition Release!!! I just LOVE today's sneak because you can make some simple & classy cards using this set! Today my AMAZING team & myself are showcasing a new stamp & die set called "Healing Wishes". This has a total of 11 stamps & 4 coordinating dies! I explain in my video below how I put my card together! :)
ALSO, I've been getting LOTS of questions on WHEN these new sets will be released! They will all be available for purchase this Friday, April 21, 2017 at 8am PST! :)

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Cook~n~Craft!" Today is the day that my team & I share either a snack that we love to have while we are crafting OR any one of our favorite recipes!
First off, for my card, I always used the larger band-aid from this set so I was happy when I found this that I had stamped, colored & die cut this out already some time ago! I just LOVE my secret stashes that I save & DON'T throw away! ;) I am really happy with how my card came out! You can see in my video below how I put this together!
Okay, now onto my recipe for you! Today I am sharing my "Chickpea Salad" with you!
Ever since I've become a vegan, I have missing my egg salads along with my tuna salads! So, I searched the web for alternatives & found several recipes using chickpeas/garbanzo beans. Since I had an idea on what my main ingredient was, I just used what I would've usually used but I totally vegan-ized it! ;)
This is SUPER EASY! I just get one can of organic Garbanzo beans & through them in my food processor until it reaches the consistency that you see in this picture! You can also just smash them up using a fork OR a potato smasher.
Now, I've learned since becoming a vegan, I use TONS of ingredients to make it YUMMY! lol...
Here is everything I use for this recipe. Everything is pretty visible in my picture except for the Nutritional Yeast! I LOVE using this because of the B12 it has in it! I LOVE that I am able to find ingredients that ARE vegan especially this mayo I use! I get it from Target & the brand is "Hampton Creek" and it's called "Just Mayo"! I LOVE it because there is no dairy & it's VERY GOOD!
I usually just eye ball everything. This is how much I use "approximately" of everything:
~ I dice up one pickle
~ Mayo, I don't measure I just put approx 2- 2 1/2 TBLS
~ Ketchup approx 1 TBLS
~ Nutritional Yeast approx 1 TBLS
~ Paprika 1 tsp
~ Mustard 1 tsp
~ Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 tsp
~ Diced Jalepenos approx 1/2 of the can (I LOVE HEAT)
~ Garlic Powder 1 tsp
~ Celery Salt 1 tsp
~ Onion Powder 1 tsp
~ Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon
Now, you adjust this to how you like it. You don't have to use all of these ingredients, just leave out what you do not like! Do keep in mind, I don't measure anything, so these are all just approximate measurements. OF COURSE you do not have to use vegan stuff, you can use regular mayo, I just use this stuff because I am a vegan & I LOVE IT! ;)
After you mix it all up, it will look like this in your sammie! I just toasted some rye bread, added some spinach along with my chickpea salad & it was one YUMMY lunch! Then I just HAD to have some organic baked BBQ chippies on the side! ;)
I wanted to share this particular recipe because it's starting to get warm now & this is a PERFECT meal for this GORGEOUS spring weather we are having! :)

I just want to start by saying THANK YOU for the well wishes! I feel TONS better....THANK GOD!
For those of you who are new to my blog, for "Thoughtful Thursday" my team & I create a card that is meant for a specific person in mind! For my card I created today, it is for a friend of mine who is still recovering from meningitis :( She finally went home from the hospital but has a long road to recovery. So I am hoping this card will put a smile on her face! :) You can see in my video below exactly how I put this together!
Also, this was not in the video, but I decided to add some red hemp twine and I also added some glossy accents to the cute ladybug! ;)
