Trending Now...."make it rain!"

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Trending Now!"  For today,  the theme we are doing is "make it rain".   

Okay, I must confess something BEFORE I get started!  You ALL know that I am a HUGE baseball fan & I could not stay away from that AMAZING world series last night!  I know, my SF Giants were not in it, but it was a GREAT "nail biter" game!  I want to say a HUGE "CONGRATS" to you Cubbie fans out there, it was LONG OVERDUE! ;) 

With that said, this is why I have no "fresh" card for you today :(  BUT, this card is an "oldie but goodie" & I thought it was a PERFECT card for this theme!  Can you believe that I made this card in "2013"??????  I can't believe it either?? lol.... ;)  For this card I use one of my "old school" favorites "I'm Here For You Rain or Shine".  I remember making this card & I just LOVED how the yellow stickles looked on the cute boots & umbrella!

Today was the boys first day back to school :(  These last couple of weeks have been CRAZY BUSY so it will be nice to be back on a regular schedule again!  I will be back next week with my regular projects, videos AND we will be doing a CHALLENGE too!!! :)

Today for our Trending Now Thursday, we are making a project with a sweet treat on it!  For my project, I decided to make one of my FAVORITE shaped tags & add a treat onto it!  I thought it would be cute to add my little cutie patootie elephant on the cupcake as a little topper! ;)

P.S. As I mentioned in my video, I just want to thank ALL of you who sent me sweet wishes for Anthony!  His MRI came back GOOD!!! THANK GOD! ;)  Nothing is broken or needs to be repaired with surgery! He has a badly bruised bone which can take up to 6 weeks to heal!  So he is on the road to recovery & he will be able to start doing his regular activities in a few weeks! :) YAAH!

Trending Now "Peek a Boo"

Good morning my sweet friends & welcome back to another "TRENDING NOW"!  

For our Trending Now, it is all about "Peek -A-Boo" cards! 

Unfortunately I have no card for you today :(  When my son got home after school, he politely asked if he can use my craft table to do his project on! LUCKILY I actually CLEANED it too! lol...

Of course I said yes! He did say that the project was a kind of big project & he wasn't sure how long it would take! Okay.....no problem! Well, as I was waiting patiently, it was 10:45pm & he was STILL in there.  So I just left him alone & decided NOT to rush him.  The things we sacrifice for our kids....right?? ;)  I was a little bummed because I had my card all planned out in my head AND I even charged up my video camera!  So I will just have to make my card for you on another day! 

I was curious why he wanted to use my craft room & he said that my lighting in there was the BEST lighting out of all of the rooms in our house! LOL......  So I may be looking into putting BETTER lighting in their man cave! heheheh! ;)
