Peachy Challenge AND a link up Party! (2 posts in one)

GOOD MORNING my sweet creative friends! I have TWO POSTS IN ONE TODAY! First up, I am back today w/a super CUTE project for this week's Peachy Keen Challenge! The challenge is to use this "Photo Inspiration"(below)! Sooooo, since I JUST recieved my HAPPY MAIL from "My Craft Channel", I was able to use my NEW Teresa Collins "He Said /she said" collection of her newest release! I was SUPER EXCITED because I thought it went perfect w/the color inspiration photo for this challenge!

 I was so happy to use the January Stamp of the Month set from Peachy Keen! It is the CUTEST set & I wanted to use this cute little teddy bear face w/the cute little hands! When I first saw this, I KNEW EXACTLY what I wanted to do w/it! I wanted to pair it up w/my mustache die from the "What's Growing On?" set! I also used the cute little mustache stamp from the "Here's Lookin at You" set! I stamped the bear 

pieces onto kraft cardstock and (you can't really tell) but I did color it using copic markers. I popped all the pieces up along w/the mustache and banner! It definitely needed some bling, so I added some clear chunky glitter to the mustache!;)  

 

I also got to use my NEW Striped Ribbon from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique! Yep, I was SOOO HAPPY because this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE ribbon EVER!  LINK UP PARTY using my December "LOVE" release!

Okay, here is my SECOND PART to my post for you today!  If you purchased my last release HERE I had mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I wanted to have a "LINK UP PARTY"! Yep, I would LOVE to see what all of you have made w/this last release! I have been seeing some AMAZING projects all over facebook, but I would LOVE to see them HERE! It would be nice to share here & give everyone different ideas because you can do MORE than just Valentine's projects w/this release!;) If you have already made something, go ahead & link it up HERE OR you are welcome to make something new, that would be AWESOME too!

Peachy Keen Challenge 29 ~ Color Inspiration

Hello my Creative friends! I usually don't post on the weekends, but I had a chance to sneak off into my craftroom!:)  I really wanted to join in the Peachy Challenge's Color inspiration challenge this week! 

This is the color inspiration we need to follow:

Well, being that this was a "Boy" tag, I tried my best to follow these colors as much as I can! I was SO EXCITED when I got my peachy happy mail & in there were these AMAZING stamps! Is this not the CUTEST little boy you've ever seen??? The sentiment is from the Peachy July Stamp of the month! I was SO VERY PROUD of myself because I FINALLY got the nerve to use my prisma color pencils! One of my sweet bloggy friends Miss Kristal DeBold had sent me a link to show me her 1st DIY project! You can see it HERE! She decorated a jar for her prisma color pencils. So it inspired & reminded me that I've had these for 2 yrs & they were so pretty that I didn't even want to sharpen them & ruin them! lol...... It was a gift from a special person, that's why I didn't want to use them! ;)  Well, I immediately went to youtube & came across this super TALENTED crafter: Miss Annika Ryan's channel. She had a 2 part tutorial on how to color "Skin" on kraft cardstock! I now mine is not perfect, but it came out okay for being my first time! I just LOVE the fact that those pencils color AMAZING onto my FAVORITE paper in the whole world!;)

It was really hard to get a good picture of this since I used clear cardstock/acetate for my tag.

Okay, I have had SEVERAL questions about my Mom's cake pops! Which she made for me for my release week using my newest die "Stitched Lollipop Holder Die"! Here are 2 of the samples:

My Mom got her recipe from this book called "Cake Pops" By "Bakerella", Angie Dudley! Here is a video by Miss "Bakerella" herself explaining how these are made! Here is Bakerella's blog! Now, keep in mind, the heart shaped pop, my Mother actually used a thick heart shaped cookie cutter for that one.

Here is my take on the challenge! I used the "Four Legged Friends" cartridge for my puppy & paired it up w/Peachy Keens ADORABLE face stamp set "Happy-Go-Lucky Dog Face Asst"! If you are a furry friend lover, then this if the set for "YOU"!;) The sentiment is from my stamp set "Pain Pain Go Away"! The PRETTY twine is from Twendy Twine! This card will be mailed off to a "very special friend" of mine:) I hope she loves it as much as I do! You can fit this card into a business size envelope!

Second Post!

I would like to welcome back My Creative Time's "Guest Designer" this week "Miss Cathy Barwick" w/Crafting with Mimi!!! I can't get over how ADORABLE her little Halloween treat bags turned out! You MUST visit her blog to see the rest of them! She TOTALLY inspired me to make these myself!;) For her bag, she used "Mixed Holiday Sentiments" which, I have to say is my "GO TO" holiday stamp set! It has Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas & even a New Year's sentiment "ALL IN ONE" fantastic set! Cathy also used the coordinating "Fancy Frame & Die Set", which also goes w/LOTS of my stamp sets I have out already! It's just PERFECT!;)

Third & Last Post for today!

Okay my Creative friends! Here is an update on my newest release! We actually sold out of the ENTIRE 10th edition release on our release day, Friday ~Sept 16th @ noon! If you placed your order AFTER 12:30pm that day, your order will be shipping out next week! I was in "AWH" on how HUGE of a response I got for this last release (10th edition)! WOW, all I can say is that the response was overwhelming & I was filled w/Joy & Excitement to see how many of you are taking to my stamps and dies! To show my appreciation, I landed up giving the first "200" shoppers the little "Bonus Stamp set" for FREE! When you do receive your order, you'll know right away if you made the first 200 or not! This time around, I am offering the "Bonus Stamp" for sale HERE for those of you who missed out on it! The entire release will be back in stock SOON & will start shipping out again next week! Thank you soooo much for your patience my friends! I know you all are so use to getting your "confirmation emails" right away, but we are trying our best to get all the orders out that we can until we have everything back in stock again! Here is my card! I was THRILLED to use my FAVORITE Peachy Keen's  "Bewitched" stamp today! I also got to play w/my new Martha Stewart "Spider Punch" around the page that Nikki made me buy! hehehe!!! I'm GLAD she did because I LOVE it! The webs I used for the background are from another Peachy Set called "Haunted Pumpkin House" The sentiment is from my MCT set called "Mixed Holiday Sentiments", the Dotted border around my ADORABLE witch is from "Small Talk"! I am SOOO EXCITED about my project ONLY because I am already getting a head start on my Christmas "Things to do" list! This year I decided to give my boys gift cards from their favorite stores & I wanted to use my brand new "Embossed Gift Card Holder Die" to put them into! I will be making several of these all different ways & they will make PRETTY christmas tree decorations!! I will be putting them all on my tree this year! I can't wait!;) When I saw this stamp set "Lorie Loves Skip Faceless Elves" I just KNEW EXACTLY how I was going to use it!;) WOW, this set is "seriously" a MUST HAVE!!! It is a pretty good size where you can just use them alone as a tag! For that ADORABLE face, I decided to use another Peachy set "Snowmany Faces 1 1/8" Did you see that AWESOME wood grain stamp background? Yep, if you guessed "Market Street Stamps", you sure did get that right! I just LOVE Market street stamp backgrounds only because you never have to struggle to get the most perfect stamp EVER! This one I used was simply called "Woodgrain"! This is definitely another MUST have stamp as well! Finally, for my sentiment, I used one of my newest release stamps "Gift Card Sentiments" I designed this set to coordinate w/the gift card holder! I stamped my sentiment onto one of my newest smaller dies "Stitched Oval Die"! I just think my gift card holder came out ADORABLE! I just LOVE it & I hope you do too!:)

This is not a "real" gift card, but this is the only thing I had on hand to show you how it would look!;)

For my card, I used the brand new set from the BEST stamp company in the whole world "Peachy Keen Stamps" called: "Snowmany Thanks Snowman & Bunny"! This is the CUTEST stamp set & I just LOVE it! 

Is this not the CUTEST BUNNY in the ENTIRE WORLD???? I just LOVE him to pieces!!;) He looks so cute sittin on his "Felt" box!:)

Here is my card I created for this challenge! When I designed the Scallop & Stitched Circle Die Set, I just could NOT wait to put some Peachy Faces in them!!! For my faces I used one of my FAVORITE  sets from them called "Critter Faces (large)"! This is a MUST HAVE set that can go with EVERYTHING!! The sentiment is from my set "This & That"!
