Designer Challenge

Good morning my creative friends & welcome to another "Designer Challenge"!

For this challenge, we are using this ADORABLE photo inspiration! You know how I LOVE Halloween, so this photo makes my heart happy. :)

First up, before I get started w/my card. Yesterday was a pretty rough day for us here. My sister had to put down her fur baby :'( It was the saddest thing ever. For those of you who have pets of your own, it's like losing a little 4 legged family member. Well, after 3 surgery's, her "Raider Girl" ended up getting a massive infection & her organs were starting to shut down :( I was a very sad day & I just couldn't get myself to do a video. But I made myself get into my craft room & make a card for all of you. I needed this to keep my mind busy.

Okay, now onto my card. It is a 4x4 card & all I did was a lot of layering. I stamped the spiderwebs on some vellum, then stamped the BOO onto some card stock & hand cut it out. Next I cut out my ghost die twice, layered it using pop dots. Then I adhered it to my card & popped up the BOO using more pop dots! Then added the yellow hemp twine along w/some silver sequins. I was happy with this card, hope you all enjoy it too. :)

MADE IN MINUTES

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Made in Minutes!" WOW! It sure feels good to be back! Thank you ALL for your sweet "get well wishes" for myself AND my family! Today is the first day my boys & my hubby returned back to school & work! I was SO HAPPY to get back in my craft room again because I sure missed it AND ALL of "YOU!" ;)

Okay, for cute little card set I created, it actually took me a total of 16 minutes to create! You can see in my video below EXACTLY how I put this set together from beginning to end!

Scrapping the little things!

GOOD MORNING my sweet creative friends! I hope you ALL had a FABULOUS weekend! Well, it looks like things are back to normal at my home this week! BOTH of my both are feeling TONS BETTER & are back to school! I sure do miss them :(

For today, I wanted to do a page in my smashbook. You can see below ALL the MCT products I used for my page! These are pictures from our "low key" Halloween. This is probably the FIRST year we did not trick or treat since both of my boys were sick. We stayed in for the night & I tried to make the best of it for them! I ordered a pumpkin shaped pizza for them, set the table & we all had little cupcake holders filled with gummy bears & some filled with M&M's! Remember those cute little Halloween glasses I decorated HERE? Well the boys & even my hubby were happy to use them for this special night! We watched a couple of Halloween movies & ended our night w/our FAVORITE pumpkin pie (thanks to my parents)! Before my boys went to bed that night, they both thanked me for making a FUN HALLOWEEN for them! ;) That TOTALLY made my heart smile.....it's the little things.....! Even though they were sick & could not trick or treat, they appreciated what we did here at home! LOVE my boys!

Also, before I go, for my picture, I printed it out using my little Selphy Printer which I LOVE~!!! This is how I was able to make a little collage w/our halloween pictures!
