TOTALLY Treats Tuesday!

GOOD MORNING my creative friends & welcome to another "Totally Treats Tuesday!" WOW! yesterday was such a SUPER BUSY day for me. I just have to throw this out there before I continue, for those of you that have more that 2 kids, I take my hat off to YOU! I don't know HOW YOU DO IT! I can't believe how busy my "TWO" boys keep me! Yesterday was the last day of conferences at my son's school so that meant he was off early! So I kept busy w/Anthony until I had to pick up Baby Aaron from school later that day! After discussing how both of their days went, I made dinner, chatted w/my hubby, then we were OFF to Anthony's late baseball game! By the time we got home, I was EXHAUSTED! This is why you are not seeing a "new" project from me today :(  I am actually posting a treat that I had made LAST year! So if you have NOT seen it yet, then it's DEFINITELY NEW TO YOU! :) You can see more details & a video showing how I put this FUN treat together HERE!

3-D Wednesday!

Good morning & welcome to another 3-D Wednesday! I had a sweet lady ask me to make a card similar to the one I made HERE, but using my 3x3 trifold card die! Sooo, I put on my "creative thinking cap" & this is what I came up with! You can see in my video EXACTLY how this was made!

As you can see, when your recipient receives this & opens it up, there will be a cute message in there for them!

Here it is again all closed up using some washi tape. This is a SUPER SIMPLE treat you can mass produce in NO time at all! :)

Thoughtful Thursday

Good morning my sweet friends & welcome to another "Thoughtful Thursday"!  Today my team & I basically made cards of encouragement, thankful, birthday, etc....  For my card, I decided to go with a set of 4 3x3 cards w/coordinating 3x3 envelopes! Designer Thursday~ Cathryn

Good Morning, this is Cathryn from In The Pink.  Today it's my turn to Host the Designer's Challenge!  I know a lot of the children have already gone back to school but my kids are not back for another 3 weeks!  I will MISS them so much!  Which got me thinking about something I would like to surprise them with when they are at school.

I decided my CHALLENGE would be:



Make a card or 3d project for Back to School. A little something encouraging to slip in a back pack, lunch bag or brief case (if you have no one going back to school!)

I made a little package to cover some hilarious sticky note flags and some pencils.

I used the Scallop and Stitched Circle dies, All Around Everything and All Around Everything Accessories for the decorations on top.

I used the Vintage Stitched Label die to make the note pack.  I scored where the tag would wrap around and I attached an eyelet to each side.  I wrapped the pencils in a little bit of patterned paper and attached them to the back with a small pop dot.  Then I ran some twine through the eyelets and tied a bow on top of the pencils.
